can be flipped up. Drawcord and toggle on shell snug ear flaps below ears and keep hat
from blowing off. Elastic hat band adjusts easily. Contoured fleece helmet keeps drafts
out and can be worn under hoods or helmets. View B is a one piece insulated shell hat made
with a heavier fleece lining. 5 sizes
