How is fabric sold?

By the yard unless the listing says otherwise. Enter the number of yards you want - we cut one continuous piece whenever stock allows.

How wide is the fabric?

Most of our fabrics are 58-60 inches wide; the exact width is on each product page.

How does shipping work?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order total. Orders are cut, packed and shipped within 1-3 business days, with tracking emailed to you. USPS is our default carrier - need it faster? Email us and we can invoice you for expedited shipping. If postage ever runs significantly over what you were charged, we reach out before charging anything more - never without asking.

Can I return fabric?

Cut goods (fabric, webbing, cord, zipper chain) are final sale because they are cut to your order. Uncut, unused items can be returned within 30 days. Defects or our mistakes are always on us. Details: Refund Policy.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes - many products have built-in quantity discounts shown on the product page. Small business ordering for production? Contact us and we will talk.

The item I want is out of stock. Now what?

We are actively rebuilding inventory after the ownership change. Email questoutfittersfabric@gmail.com and we will tell you what is on the way and take your name for it.

Can I get help choosing materials?

Yes - that is our favorite part. Email questoutfittersfabric@gmail.com and you will reach someone who sews with this stuff.

How do I wash these fabrics?

Each fabric cleans up a little differently - see our Fabric Wash Codes and Care page for the full list.

Do you sell tent poles?

Not yet - we are working to source tent poles, but for now we recommend Tent Pole Technologies (tentpoletech.com) - they specialize in tent pole repair and replacement.
