Shipping Policy

Orders are cut, packed and shipped by our small team, usually within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by location. In a hurry? Call, text or email and we will send an invoice for expedited shipping.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order total. Fabric and hardware pack very differently, so the charge tracks typical postage rather than matching it exactly. If real postage on an order comes out significantly higher, we will reach out before shipping to settle the difference - we never charge more without asking first. If postage comes in well under, we sometimes refund the difference as a courtesy.

A note on big cuts: rolled goods over 10 yards may arrive with a splice or as two pieces. If your order has to be split, we will reach out first.

We ship via USPS and email tracking as soon as your label is created. Need it faster or a different carrier? Email us right after ordering and we will sort out expedited options.

International orders: we ship internationally, arranged by email. International orders carry a shipping surcharge; material and shipping are paid up front, and any import duties or taxes on arrival are the customer's responsibility.
