Refund Policy

Unused, uncut items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Cut goods are final sale. Fabric, webbing, cord and zipper chain are cut to your order and cannot be resold, so we cannot take them back. If we cut the wrong item or the wrong length, that is on us and we will correct it as soon as possible. We do make exceptions case by case - if something is not right, reach out and we will work with you.

Defects and mistakes: if something arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you, including shipping. If the mistake is ours, we correct it as soon as possible - that is on us, never on you.

To start a return, email questoutfittersfabric@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds post to the original payment method once the return is back with us - allow a few business days for your bank to process it.
