Terms of Service

The short version: we sell materials by the yard, foot or piece, we cut to order, and we want you to be happy with what arrives.

Orders and pricing: prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. If a pricing or listing error slips through, we will contact you before shipping and you can confirm or cancel for a full refund.

Cutting tolerance: cut goods are cut by hand. We always cut generous or right on the money - never short. On the rare occasion an order goes out short, tell us and we will fix it immediately.

Product use: our materials are used in load-bearing and safety-adjacent projects at the maker's own judgment and risk. Unless a product explicitly carries a rating, it is not rated for climbing or life-safety use.

Accuracy: we work hard to keep descriptions, photos and stock levels accurate, but colors vary by screen and dye lot.
